Important details about the 2010 tournament!

 

 

 

 

 

Here are some details for the tournament on Wednesday August 11th:

• The Tournament is being held at Gannon Golf Course in Lynn, MA.  The course is located at 60 Great Woods Road, Lynn MA 01904.  The clubhouse phone number is 781-592-8238.  Here is the Google Maps link to find the course online
• Gannon requires proper golfing attire.  No denim, no cutoff shirts, no cargo pants/shorts.  Please wear a polo shirt and golf shorts or pants.
• The tournament is a scramble format with a shotgun start.  We will begin teeing off at 9am.  Please arrive to give yourself enough time to check in, get your goody bag, enjoy the continental breakfast and warm up!  We'd love if you could arrive by 8:30.
• We will be providing a lunch at the turn after you finish the 9th hole or 18th hole depending on where you start your front 9.
• Following your round, you'll have some time to wash up, put your clubs away and change before cocktail hour and dinner.
• The cocktail hour is slated to begin around 2:15 and go until 3:15.  During cocktail hour we will be selling raffle tickets for some great prizes.
• Following cocktail hour we'll begin the buffet-style dinner reception.  Dinner is slated to begin at 3:15-3:30 and will go for approximately 2 hours.
• If you are attending as a "Dinner Only" guest, please try to arrive as close as possible to the start of cocktail hour at 2:15 to enjoy the festivities.
• During cocktail hour and dinner we'll be conducting both silent and live auctions.  We have some great prizes!
• We'll also be presenting the 2010 Nick Perretti Memorial Scholarship to this year's recepient during dinner as well.

The weather looks great and we have a full flight of golfers.  We are all excited and thankful for your generosity in supporting Nick's memory!
